You must return merchandise within 30 days of delivery. This includes back orders or special orders that made you wait. Returns must be unwashed, undamaged, and bear the original tags.

Shipping

At checkout, most domestic orders over $99 qualify automatically for FREE USPS First Class or Priority Mail shipping.

If you need something faster or guaranteed by a certain date, we offer all shipping services available through UPS.

Most USPS Priority orders ship the next business day. Most UPS orders ship the same business day if placed before 1 p.m. (CST).

Free shipping offers are valid only to addresses within the contiguous United States.

Taxes

Orders shipped outside Illinois are TAX FREE. A 9.75% sales tax will be added for Illinois orders (our business's State of residence).
